Central China's Shandong Province-based Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd has recently been developing new steel breeds. Following the successful exploitation of #45 wire rod for wire rope production and 510L hot rolled steel plate for automobile frame, the company succeeded in developing high strength PC steel bar in October using 30Si2Mn steel as the raw material.
