Pansen New Materials to test first phase of nickel alloy project

Jiangxi Province-based Chinese company Pansen New Materials Co. is expected to carry out trial production on the first phase of its new nickel alloy project at the end of June, Chinese newspaper Jiujiang Daily has reported.

Pansen New Materials is the sole investor in the project, with the total investment amounting to RMB 5 billon ($0.77 billion). The second phase of the project is expected to be completed by 2013, when the annual output of nickel alloy will be 250,000 mt.
