Over 70 percent of steel production resumed in Tangshan

The positive effects of various measures China has adopted to boost domestic demand and promote economic development are gradually being felt in the steel industry in Tangshan in Hebei Province.

In line with the increasing confidence in the steel industry in this area, of the fifty-seven mills based in Tangshan, thirty-nine have already restarted production, accounting for over 70 percent of total steel production capacity in Tangshan.
