Northwest Pipe receives $5 million order
Northwest Pipe Company has received an order to supply $5 million of welded steel pipe for a drinking water pipeline to serve Albuquerque, New Mexico. Northwest will supply 18200 feet (5547 m.) of 48-inch (122 cm.) and 72-inch (183 cm.) diameter steel pipe to S.J. Louis Construction Inc. of Waite Park, Minnesota. It will be manufactured at Northwests Saginaw, Texas division. Delivery is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2005. The pipeline will extend from the Rio Grande to Paseo Del Norte. Northwest Pipe Company, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, manufactures welded steel pipe for water transmission as well as industrial and mechanical applications.Northwest Pipe receives $5 million order
