Northwest Pipe announces substantial pipe order

Northwest Pipe Company has announced that it will supply almost 118’000 feet of 48-inch welded steel pipe to the Central Brown County Water Authority in Wisconsin. The pipe will be manufactured at Northwest’s West Virginia plant and is expected to deliver its first shipment by the third quarter. The pipe will be an integral part of a new system that will deliver water from Lake Michigan to Green Bay, Wisconsin communities. The order is reported to be worth $13 million. Northwest Pipe Company, located in Oregon, manufacturers welded steel pipe for water transmission as well smaller diameter steel pipe for use in construction, agriculture, and industry. The company operates eleven facilities in the U.S. and Mexico.
