According to the statement released by North American
Stainless (NAS), the company will increase the price of 409 grade hot rolled and cold rolled flat products effective for shipments as of October 1, 2004.
The increase will range between 5% to 8% depending on the gauge and width.
No change in raw material surcharge has been announced.
