Non-financial FDI by Chinese companies up 4.2 percent in 2018

In 2018, non-financial foreign direct investment (FDI) by Chinese companies totaled $129.83 billion, rising by 4.2 percent year on year, as announced by China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC).

Meanwhile, in 2018, Chinese companies made new investments worth a total of $15.64 billion in the countries of the One Belt, One Road area, up 8.9 percent year on year.
