Nippon Steel receives order from Baosteel
SteelOrbis Shanghai Sources reported that Japanese Nippon Steel has recently received an order from Chinese Baosteel for a tin-coated plate production line and a tin-free thin steel plate production line. Baosteel is expected to produce cans for food and beverages at the new lines. The new lines are expected to go into operation at the beginning of 2009.
