Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel has announced its ex-factory prices for cold rolled stainless steel products for the month of November.
The producer's prices for the 304 and 321 series have risen by RMB 500/mt ($67/mt) from the October level. Thus, SUS 304/2B 2.0 mm coil is sold at RMB 34,400/mt ($4,600/mt), while SUS 321/2B 2.0 mm coil costs RMB 44,500/mt ($5,949/mt).
The price of the 316L series has remained the same for four consecutive months, with the price of ASTM 316L/2B 2.0 mm coil still standing at RMB 62,800/mt ($8,396/mt).
The price of the 430 series has not changed, with SUS 430/2B 2.0 mm coil still at RMB 13,200/mt ($1,765/mt).
The above prices include 17 percent VAT and take effect as of November 1.
Compared with the market prices on October 29, the new price of 304/2B 2.0 mm coil is about RMB 400/mt ($53/mt) higher, while that of 430/2B 2.0 mm coil is RMB 1,600/mt ($214/mt) higher.
