New jobs in Chinese cities and towns total 10.67 million in Jan-Sept

In October this year, the unemployment rate in cities and towns in China was under five percent, remaining under five percent for two consecutive months, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
 
In the January-September period of the current year, newly employed people in cities and towns in China amounted to 10.67 million, achieving the annual target ahead of schedule.
