NBS: Slower growth rate in new house prices in China in November

In November this year, of major Chinese cities surveyed, respective month-on-month increases of 0.1 percent and 0.4 percent were recorded in new house prices in China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities, with these growth rates respectively 0.4 percentage points and 0.9 percentage points lower compared to those recorded in October this year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

As for the second-hand house market, of major Chinese cities surveyed, respective month-on-month growth rates of zero percent and 0.3 percent were recorded in house prices in China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities, with these growth rates respectively 0.6 percentage points and 0.5 percentage points lower compared to those recorded in October this year.
