NBS: New house prices in China up slightly in February from January

In February this year, of major Chinese cities surveyed, new house prices in China’s first-tier cities and second-tier cities indicated respective increases of 0.1 percent and 0.3 percent on month-on-month basis, with these growth rates up 0.1 and 0.2 percentage points, respectively, compared to the month-on-month growth rates recorded in January, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
