NBS: China’s fixed asset investments up 6.1 percent in Jan-Feb

In the January-February period of the current year, total fixed asset investments (excluding rural households) in China amounted to RMB 4.4849 trillion ($0.666 trillion), up 6.1 percent year on year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), with the year-on-year increase rate in question up 0.2 percentage points compared to that recorded last year. In February, fixed asset investments (excluding rural households) in China increased by 0.43 percent month on month.

In the January-February period of the current year, total fixed asset investment in China's mining sector rose by 41.4 percent year on year, while fixed asset investment in China's manufacturing sector increased by 5.9 percent year on year.
