Mittal to ink MoU with Orissa government

The world's largest steelmaker Mittal Steel is expected to sign a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Orissa government, India within the next two months for setting up a steel plant. The company will invest around $7 billion for this project. It is reported that Mittal Steel might not use the Bhambra port, but is likely to use the upcoming port in Gopalpur being built by the Orissa government.
