Meishan Steel carries out hot run test on CR electro-galvanized unit

Shanghai-based Meishan Steel, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chinese steel giant Baosteel, has lately carried out a successful hot run test on its cold rolled electro-galvanized production unit which produces galvanized coils.

The company states that its new cold rolled electro-galvanized production unit, which has a designed annual capacity of 200,000 mt, uses world-standard advanced technology which promotes environmental protection.
