Newport Beach, California-based Macsteel Service Centers USA announced Monday that it has acquired United States Steel Corporation subsidiary Catoosa, Oklahoma-based Steel Coil Services, a flat-rolled steel processor.
Michael Hoffman, President & CEO, Macsteel Service Centers USA said, "We are excited at the prospect of adding to our presence in the area by way of increasing our flat product processing capability.
