LNM to establish a cold rolling plant in China

According to recent industry news, world's second largest steel producer LNM Group is planning to establish a cold rolling plant in China, 100% of which will be owned by LNM Holdings NV. Moreover, LNM Holdings, in order to effect its plan, is reported to have signed a memorandum of understanding with the administrative committee of Yingkou economic and technical development zone. The agreement covers the establishment of a cold rolling plant, which has annual production capacity of 400'000 tons and a coating plant in Yingkou, located in Liaoning province.
