LNM Group has failed to sign a deal with Polish unions

According to recent market news, LNM Group and Polish trade unions could not reach to a common solution about labour deal. The unions are the representatives of the four steel producing companies, which LNM Group wishes to take over from the government. The talks which took place on 17 October ended up with any precise solution about the social package. Furthermore, the cited date was the deadline for the negotiations, which was previously extended thrice. It is not expected that the Polish government will extend the date, as it will require the government to deal with the EU's deadline set for the privatization of the steel companies in Poland.
