On July 13, Guangxi Province-based Guangxi LiuZhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Liuzhou Steel) announced an upward adjustment to its ex-factory price for HR.
The producer's ex-factory price of ≧12 mm thick HRC has increased RMB 160/mt ($13). After this adjustment, the new price of Q235 12 mm thick HRC is RMB 4,240/mt ($560).
The above price includes 17 percent VAT and is effective as of July 13, 2007.
