On July 9, Guangxi Province-based Guangxi Liuzhou Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. (Liuzhou Steel) announced an upward adjustment to its ex-factory price for HR.
The ex-factory price of 12 mm thick HRC has increased by RMB 100/mt ($13). After adjustment, the new price of Q235 12 mm thick HRC is RMB 4,080/mt ($539).
All prices exclude 17 percent VAT and are effective as of July 9, 2007.
