Kazakhstan posts decline in steel output

Kazakhstan's steel production fell 17.5 percent year on year to 4.09 million metric tons in the first eleven months of the year. Production of flat rolled steel products dropped 21.5 percent year on year to 2.89 million metric tons during the same period. On the other hand, ferroalloy production rose 5.8 percent year on year to 1.39 million metric tons.
