Kanishk Steel acquires Italian plant
Indian steelmaker Kanishk Steel Industries Ltd announced that it acquired a steel re-rolling plant from Lamifer of Italy for Rupees 160 million ($3.4 million). The company also announced plans to dismantle the plant and relocate it to India by October 2006.Kanishk Steel acquires Italian plant
