Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Jinxi Steel Group has lately succeeded in developing the production of two new H-section specifications at its H-section plant No. 2, namely, 250 mm × 250 mm and 340 mm × 250 mm.
In 2009, Jinxi Steel carried out technological improvements on its H-section lines, which had been supplied by Italian plantmaker Danieli, expanding the specification range up to 400 mm x 200 mm. At the beginning of 2010, more improvements were conducted to further expand the product range. There is strong demand in the current market for both of the above new product specifications.
