Indian government announces steel policy next month

According to recent news in the market, Indian government will announce steel policy in October. As reported by SteelOrbis on Tuesday, Indian government was expected to restrict export of iron ore to ensure availability of the subject raw material in domestic market. However, the government has recently announced that the new policy will not include any item that restricts export of iron ore. Declining to reveal the details of the new steel policy, the government officials stated that the new policy will present solutions for supply-demand problem in the domestic market.
