In March, Hebei Province-based Chinese steel producer Handan Steel produced 1,008,940 mt of crude steel and 954,990 mt of finished steel, both constituting record monthly outputs.
In the month in question, the east Handan division of the company produced 588,939 mt of crude steel and 555,945 mt of finished steel, while the west Handan division of the company produced 420,001 mt of crude steel and 399,045 mt of finished steel.
