Handan Steel Cold Rolling Plant, a subsidiary of giant Chinese steel producer Hebei Steel Group, has in January received a large export order for 20,000 mt of color coated coils. Just like the export order for 10,000 mt of color coated coils which the Handan Steel plant received in December 2009, this latest order is also for the Russian market. The plant completed the production of the first order on January 7, with a product qualification rate of above 99.8 percent, and is now producing color coated coils for the second order.
The color coated coils produced by Handan Steel Cold Rolling Plant may be used for quality household appliances such as fridges, computers and plasma televisions.
