As reported by Germany's Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), in January this year the wholesale selling prices of industrial products in Germany were three percent higher compared to January 2011 and up 1.2 percent compared to the previous month.
In January of the current year, the wholesale prices of ores, metals and semi-finished metal products in Germany were down 2.2 percent as compared to January last year and up 0.4 percent over December.
