France’s new passenger vehicle registrations down 0.4% in Oct from Sept

According to the statistics released by France's National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE), in October this year new passenger vehicle registrations in France amounted to 171,008 units, decreasing by 0.4 percent compared to the previous month. In October, France's new registrations increased 0.7 percent compared to October 2010.

In the third quarter of the current year, new passenger vehicle registrations in France reached 513,100 units, up 2.6 percent compared to the previous quarter this year.
