Final results of AD review on SS plate from Belgium amended
The US Department of Commerce amended final results of antidumping duty administrative review on
stainless steel
plate in coils imported from
Belgium.
As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on December 14, 2004 published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on imports of
stainless steel
plate in coils from
Belgium. Accordingly, the margin determined for Ugine & Alz, N.V
Belgium (U&A
Belgium) was 4.07%. The review covers the period May 1, 2002 through April 30, 2003.
However, DOC determined to amend the final results to correct a ministerial errors identified by the Department.
As a result, the revised final rates to apply are as follows:
