Final results of AD review on HR flat products imported from India

The Department of Commerce (DOC) on December 23, 2003 published preliminary results of anti-dumping duty administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from Indian producer Essar Steel. The review covers the period May 3, 2001 through November 30, 2002. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the duty margin adopted in the preliminary results for Essar Steel was 0.00%. Analyzing the comments on the preliminary results, DOC determined to make certain changes in the margin calculation. However, 0.00% duty margin for Essar Steel is again adopted in the final results of the subject review.
