Final results of AD review on HR flat products from Brazil

On October 28, 2004, the DOC initiated an antidumping new shipper review for certain hot rolled flat rolled carbon quality steel products imported from Brazilian producer Companhia Siderurgica de Tubaro (CST). The period of review was March 1, 2004, through August 31, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that CST did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. According to the preliminary results, the weighted-average dumping margin for CST was 0.00 percent. Since the DOC did not receive any comments on the preliminary results, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
