FAI in China’s railways totals RMB 355.9 billion in H1 2025, up 5.5%

China Railway Corporation (CRC) has announced that the total fixed asset investments (FAI) in China’s railways in the January-June period this year amounted to RMB 355.9 billion ($49.8 billion), up 5.5 percent year on year.

A total of 301 kilometers of new railway lines were put into operation in the first six months this year.
