Effects of Polish measures on Czech exports

According to a recent Prag Business Journal report, Polish safeguard measures introduced last week by the Polish Economic Ministry, are expected to effect the Czech exports negatively. It is reported that the Czech steel exporters will be subject to 25% customs duty when they exceed the given new quota limits. Industry insiders comment that particularly North Moravia will seriously be effected by these measures.
