DOC determination on LWRPT imported from Turkey and Mexico
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on September 29, 2003 initiated anti-dumping investigation on imports of light-walled rectangular
pipe and tube (LWRPT) from
Turkey and
Mexico upon the notification of International Trade Commission (ITC) stating that the imports of the above cited products from the two countries cause material injury or threaten US industry with material injury as the aforementioned products are sold in the US at less than fair value. The review covers the period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003.
As previously reported by SteelOrbis, DOC published preliminary results of this review on April 13, 2004. To see preliminary results
