DOC amends final results of AD review on certain flat products

As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) on June 16, 2004 published final results of anti-dumping administrative review on certain hot rolled carbon steel flat products imported from Netherlands. The review covers the period May 3, 2001 through October 31, 2002. Upon receiving ministerial error allegation from the respondent Corus Staal BV, DOC determined to amend the final results of the anti-dumping administrative review regarding imports of subject merchandise imported from Corus Staal BV. Accordingly, duty margin for Corus Staal BV is decreased from 4.94% to 4.80% ad valorem.
