China Railway Corporation (CRC) has announced that construction work on the interurban railway from Beijing to Xiongan New Area started on December 1. The total length of this interurban railway amounts to 92.4 kilometers, with five stations along the way. In particular, the new station at Xiongan will enter into operation by the end of 2020.
