Competition Board approves Erdemir sale to OYAK

Turkey's Competition Board approved today the sale of 46.12 percent of Erdemir to OYAK (Turkish Armed Forces Pension Fund). OYAK won the tender held for the sale of Turkey's Prime Ministry Privatization Administration's 46.12 percent stake in Erdemir with an offer of $2.77 billion.
