Chongqing Gangjiu to establish JVs with Shaanxi Coal Trading Center

Chongqing-based Chinese company Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd (Chongqing Gangjiu) has announced that it plans to set up two joint ventures with Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group’s subsidiary Shaanxi Coal Trading Center Co., Ltd (Shaanxi Coal Trading Center). 
 
Accordingly, one joint venture, Chongqinggang Shaanxi Coal Commodity Market Co, Ltd, will be used to establish a regional online transaction platform for commodities. The other joint venture, Shaanxi Coal Chongqinggang Logistics Co, Ltd, will be operated as a logistics company engaging in purchase, sales, logistics and supply chain finance in the fields of coal, finished steel, iron ore and other commodities.
