According to Chinese steel producer Chongqing Steel (Chonggang), in June this year its crude steel output amounted to 336,500 mt, up 29.91 percent year on year.
In addition, during the first six months of 2010 Chonggang produced a total of 1.7476 million mt of crude steel, up 24.72 percent year on year.
