Chinese finished steel output totals 81.22 million mt in July

In July of the current year, finished steel output in China amounted to 81.22 million mt, up 6.5 percent year on year but down 3.8 percent month on month, according to the data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics.
 
In July, China's average daily finished steel output was 2.62 million mt, down seven percent compared to the average daily output of 2.82 million mt in June. In the January-July period of this year, the aggregate finished steel output in China was 548.96 million mt, up 6.1 percent compared to the same period of 2011.
