China’s retail sales of consumer goods up 11.2 percent in November

In November this year, China’s total retail sales of consumer goods amounted to RMB 2.7937 trillion ($0.43 trillion), up 11.2 percent year on year, while the figure for the January-November period this year totaled RMB 27.2296 trillion ($4.22 trillion), up 10.6 percent year on year, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics.

In particular, total automotive vehicle sales in China amounted to a value of RMB 336.8 billion ($52.22 billion) in November, while totaling RMB 3.1798 trillion ($0.49 trillion) in the January-November period, rising by 9.0 percent and 5.0 percent year on year, respectively.
