China’s retail sales of consumer goods up 10.3 percent in Jan-Oct

In October this year, China’s total retail sales of consumer goods amounted to RMB 3.1119 trillion ($0.45 trillion), up 10.0 percent year on year, as announced by China’s National Bureau of Statistics.

In the January-October period this year, China’s total retail sales of consumer goods reached RMB 26.9601 trillion ($4.37 trillion), rising by 10.3 percent year on year. In particular, in the given period, total automotive vehicle sales in China reached a value of RMB 3.1554 trillion ($0.46 trillion), rising by 9.1 percent year on year.
