China’s fixed asset investment in transport infrastructure surges

In the January-November period of the current year, fixed asset investments in roads and waterways in China amounted to RMB 1.65 trillion ($0.26 trillion), up 106.7 percent year on year, as announced by China’s Ministry of Transportation (MOT). 

In particular, in the given period fixed asset investments in roads in China amounted to RMB 1.50 trillion ($0.23 trillion), up 106.5 percent year on year.
