China’s CPI rises by 2.9 percent in February

In February this year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a year-on-year increase of 2.9 percent, up 1.4 percentage points compared to the year-on-year growth rate recorded in January this year, according to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

Meanwhile, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a month-on-month increase of 1.2 percent in February.
