In September this year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a year-on-year increase of 2.5 percent, up 0.2 percentage points compared to the year-on-year growth rate recorded in August, according to the data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). In the first nine months of the year, China’s consumer price index (CPI) indicated a year-on-year increase of 2.1 percent.
Meanwhile, China’s consumer price index (CPI) recorded a month-on-month rise of 0.7 percent in September.
