China Shenhua Energy’s coal sales up 12 percent in January-October

Chinese coal miner China Shenhua Energy Company, a listed subsidiary of Shenhua Group - the largest coal company in China, has announced that in October this year its coal output amounted to 23.80 million mt, up 6.3 percent, while its coal sales totaled 34.40 million mt, increasing by 3.4 percent, both year on year.

In the January-October period of the current year, China Shenhua Energy’s coal output totaled 245.1 million mt, rising by 2.7 percent, while its coal sales reached 362.7 million mt, increasing by 12.0 percent, both on year-on-year basis.
