Caixin China manufacturing PMI increases to 51.9 in December

In December last year, the China Caixin Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) indicated a final reading of 51.9, increasing from the Caixin PMI final reading of 50.9 for November, as announced by Beijing-based Caixin media group.

Meanwhile, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the purchasing managers' index (PMI) for China’s manufacturing sector was at 51.4 percent in December, down 0.3 percentage points compared to the previous month.
