Caixin China manufacturing PMI decreases to 51.2 in March

In March this year, the China Caixin Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) indicated a final reading of 51.2, decreasing from 51.7 in February, as announced by Beijing-based Caixin media group.
 
Meanwhile, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), the purchasing managers' index (PMI) for China’s manufacturing sector was at 51.8 percent in March, up 0.2 percentage points compared to the previous month.
