BMZ to produce seamless pipes at designed capacity by Dec 2008

Byelorussian Iron and Steel Works (BMZ) has announced that its seamless pipe production line will start producing at its designed production capacity by the end of 2008.

In the month of December 2008, BMZ plans to produce a total of 21,300 mt of seamless pipes, thus in line with the annual designed production capacity of 250,000 mt.

The new product has already undergone all necessary testing and has received several international standard compliance certificates. Currently, BMZ exports seamless pipes to 13 different countries, and starting from next month it will add a further two countries to its export destinations for seamless pipes.
