On May 10, Liaoning Province-based Benxi Steel issued its ex-factory prices for June. All prices remained unchanged compared with May. The details are as follows:
HR coils
The ex-factory price of Q235 5.5 mm thick HRC is at RMB 3,730/mt ($486/mt).
CR coils
The ex-factory price of ST12 1.0 mm x 1,250 mm box sheet is at RMB 4,560/mt ($594/mt).
HDG coils
The ex-factory price of ST01Z 1.0 mm x 1,250 mm x C HDG is at RMB 4,950/mt ($645/mt).
Color coated coils
The ex-factory price of TDC51D 0.47 mm x 1,250 mm x C color coated coils is at RMB 6,050/mt ($788/mt).
All the above prices exclude 17 percent VAT and are effective as of May 10, 2007.
